Why is conscious breathing important?

Conscious breathing is important because it helps us relax, improves focus, and strengthens our overall well-being. Breathing consciously helps us stay mindful of the present moment and allows us to better manage stress and emotions. In addition, conscious breathing can increase oxygen levels in the body and promote better circulation.

Hannah says...


Conscious breathing is the fastest way to calm the mind. We breathe unconsciously most of the time, but if we take a moment and bring our attention to the breath, we are able to be present. By consciously breathing, we can begin to let go of our worries and anxieties and come to a place of calm and clarity.
