Ginger and Lemon Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of water
2 inches of fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
2 lemons, juiced
Honey (optional)
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add ginger slices and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let the ginger simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat, and stir in the lemon juice.
If desired, sweeten the tea with honey to taste.
Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
