Ginger and Lemon Tea Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water

  • 2 inches of fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced

  • 2 lemons, juiced

  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.

  2. Add ginger slices and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let the ginger simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Remove the saucepan from heat, and stir in the lemon juice.

  4. If desired, sweeten the tea with honey to taste.

  5. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
